Damn it, how pathetic to get a reaction just from a single glance!
Damn it all, where is my self-respect?

"Hey!" The man kicked her exposed long legs with a nasty flick of his foot.

Yu Jin was sleeping soundly when she was suddenly ambushed. Annoyed, she pouted and opened her eyes. Seeing that it was Dongfang She, she was instantly filled with rage.

"You pervert! What are you here for again?" Yu Jin sat up guardedly, wrapping herself tightly in the swan-down quilt, terrified of being fully exposed to this massive lecher.

Dongfang She looked on with disdain, a smirk playing on his lips. "I’ve already touched everything there is to touch; are you still afraid of a few extra looks?"

Yu Jin pressed her lips together, veins throbbing on her forehead. Even though she usually had great patience, Dongfang She had pushed her to the edge of an explosion this time!

"I’ve already taken responsibility for you, what else do you want?"

Dongfang She raised an eyebrow. "I’m waiting for you to fall at my feet."

Yu Jin was speechless.

Dongfang She suddenly lunged at her. Caught off guard, Yu Jin jerked her head back, and with a loud "thud," the back of her head made a magnificent collision with the wall.

"You stupid woman!" Dongfang She narrowed his eyes, pulling her into his arms with his long limbs while cursing viciously.

Yu Jin rubbed the back of her head and let out a howl. Every shred of her lady-like image had been driven away by Dongfang She’s infuriating antics!

"Does it hurt?" His voice was roguish, especially as he looked down at her from above.

Yu Jin glared at him, her attitude incredibly hostile. "Why don't I slam your head against the wall and see if it hurts?"

Dongfang She’s eye twitched. Who said this woman was afraid of him? Who said she was shy and timid? This was clearly a feisty spitfire through and through! Yet, somehow, he had a weakness for exactly this type. Those women who threw themselves at him had never piqued his interest.

Dongfang She let out a cold huff and turned to walk out.

Yu Jin rubbed her head, silently bad-mouthing Dongfang She, though a strange feeling stirred in her heart. What on earth was going on between them? Aside from being a rogue and a flirt, Dongfang She possessed a genuine charm. Every time they were in close proximity, Yu Jin felt her heart race, and she even found herself willing to drown in his kisses. But... there was a child between them.

If he were to find out that Fire was his biological son and that she was the third-rate little starlet who had ruined his reputation all those years ago, Dongfang She’s personality dictated that he would absolutely loathe her. He would probably even turn his back on his own flesh and blood.

Yu Jin wiped her face, struggling to calm herself down. She was now Dongfang She’s personal assistant, and he took every possible advantage of her every single day. Yet, she didn't find it repulsive; in fact, she felt a thrill, looking forward to seeing him every day. Perhaps it was because he was the child’s father that her guard was lowered, replaced by a sense of indulgence. Yu Jin was shocked by her own thoughts. Was she actually condoning Dongfang She’s series of intrusive actions? Damn it all, what was happening?

When Dongfang She pushed the door open again, he saw the little woman on the bed gazing out the window, looking utterly distressed. The sorrow in her eyes made him inexplicably restless.

Dongfang She was an optimist; he rarely showed indifference to outsiders, always meeting people with a smile—which was why others called him the "Smiling Tiger" of the business world. But now, seeing her furrowed brows and deep contemplation, his expression suddenly turned cold, his ink-green eyes seemingly frozen over.

Yu Jin felt a chill and shrunk her neck, only to see Dongfang She staring at her with a blank face.

"What is it now?"

A set of clothes hung over his arm. The man’s brows were tightly knit, and he looked to be in an extremely foul mood.
